Course Description

This qualification provides the skills and knowledge for an individual to be competent in a wide range of general information and communications technology (ICT) technical functions and to achieve a degree of self-sufficiency as an advanced ICT user. The class is completed once a week throughout the school year at an appropriate location on an allocated day

Who Should Attend?

Years 10 – 12 students wanting to complete a partial Certificate III in IT whilst still enrolled at school.

Course Outcomes

Recognition of Prior Learning or Current Competencies (RPL/RCC)

Many individuals may already be competent in one or more of the units of competency. RPL is available for each unit of competency based on relevant workplace experience, formal training or other expertise. Recognition will involve submission of your evidence in the form of a portfolio.
